The Hudson-Fulton Exposition was held in New York City in 1909. Noted numismatist Thomas Elder issued two medal designs, one for explorer Hudson, and the other for inventor Fulton. Both were offered in various diameters and alloys. The mintage for the 15 mm matte-finish Hudson gold "dollar" was 50 or 100 pieces, with both figures reported in various Elder catalogs.

HK-372 Silver, size of Gold Dollar. Only 50-100 struck. DeLorey 75.
HK-372, DeLorey-75. Silver, 15 mm. Issued by Thomas Elder for the 1909 Hudson-Fulton Celebration in New York City, which commemorated the 300th anniversary of the discovery of the Hudson River and the centennial of steamboat navigation. The Hibler-Kappen reference (2008) notes that "only 50-100" pieces were struck and that between 21-75 coins are believed extant. The denomination on the reverse is "1 DAALDER," although the DeLorey-75 issues seem to be nothing more than miniatures of the DeLorey-74, HK-369 so-called dollars, which are the proper size (38 mm) for a daalder coin.
HK-373 Bronze, size of Gold Dollar. Only 50-100 struck. DeLorey 75.
HK-374 Aluminum, size of Gold Dollar. DeLorey 75.
